Former One Direction singer Zayn Malik and American model Gigi Hadid have a “beautiful” girl who “is in good health.”
Malik, 27, tweeted the news of the birth and shared a black and white photo of the girl’s hand holding her finger.
He commented on the photo with the phrase “The love I feel for this little human is beyond my understanding”
Hadid, 25, confirmed the news of her pregnancy last April while appearing on Jimmy Fallon’s show Tonight.
She said on the US chat show that she and Malik were “happy and grateful for everyone’s aspiration and support.”
Malik and Hadid have been in an on-off relationship since late 2015.

Malik is the third One Direction member to become a father. Louis Tomlinson welcomed son Freddie in January 2016, while Liam Payne’s son Bear and singer Sherrill are three years old.
The announcement came hours after Malik released his first new songs since his last album in 2018, called “The Fall of Icarus.”
Malik posted a short clip of the song, which he called “Best”, and revealed that it will be released on Friday.
Earlier this week, Gigi’s father, Mohamed, wrote in a comment on Instagram that he was “eagerly awaiting” the baby’s birth.
“Your grandfather is here and he’s looking forward to meeting you … and he’s very excited,” he added.
