Last Thursday, the investigation committee of the Olympic Committee established the presence of a representative of the Zamalek club at the beginning of the investigations into his complaint against Mahmoud Al-Khatib, president of Al-Ahly, his deputy Al-Ameri Farouk, and Mohamed Morgan , the CEO, and others, but Zamalek did not attend the hearing a second time, after being absent earlier. The head of the Egyptian Olympic Committee, Hisham Hatab, said in a statement to “Yalla Koura” that the Board of the Olympic Committee is awaiting the decision of the investigation committee headed by councilor Ahmed Hafez, after the absence of the representative of Zamalek to attend the hearing of his complaint for the second time.

He added: “The Olympic Committee has taken the same legal measures that it takes in all complaints, in accordance with the Sports Law, the Regulation of the Statute of the Olympic Committee and the Code of Ethics, Ethics and Sports Values, as referred to the Zamalek’s complaint, which was presented on October 4 to the Securities, Clubs and Bodies Committee, which in turn referred it to the Committee. ” Investigation

He continued: “The first step in the investigation is to listen to the statements of the complainant, then ask the complainant about him, and the investigation committee called the Zamalek club a second time and he did not attend, and the investigation committee makes its decision and notifies to the board of directors of the Olympic committee, and has shown that we are the investigating body with his complaint. “

It should be noted that the investigation committee sent a letter on October 15, addressed to the acting president of the Zamalek Club, during which it notified him of the absence of the club representative for the first session, and announced the date of the second session, to the one that was also lost.
