The Zamalek Club channel revealed the scenes of the late financial fee crisis for several players, in particular Ashraf Bencharqi and Mohamed Onajem, and it was stated that the committee had paid the late fees many months ago.

The temporary committee that runs the Zamalek club previously announced that all arrears and contract advances would be paid to all players.

Khaled Al-Ghandour said on the “Zamalek” channel: “Frankly, there were financial problems for some players, especially Ashraf Bencharqi and Muhammad Onajim. The current committee came to pay the back fees to the players 3-4 months ago.”

He continued: “My role here on the Zamalek channel is to tell God’s truth. The current committee, the football committee and Ayman Yunis in particular, I communicate with him constantly.”

He continued: “Onajem received little money and has not received money for 6 months.”

He stressed that “there are a number of players who have not charged any fees for a while, and there are male players who have endured a lot, and there are those who have filed complaints and have returned them.”

“The committee must pay more than £ 70 million,” he said. “There are quotas for Zamalek abroad, but this is the situation, and the current committee is trying to solve all the problems and modify the contracts.”
