The Dakahlia Investigation Department, headed by Major General Mustafa Kemal, arrested the defendant a second time, in compliance with the decision of the Public Ministry, after the lineage of the child the victim gave birth to was confirmed, with based on the DNA report.

The victim said: “Praise God, after two and a half years of torture and the search for the accused, the Public Ministry does me justice, and the DNA tests do me justice to confirm the incident … Finally, I will be able to obtain a my daughter’s birth certificate. “

She added: “Forensics took samples of me and my daughter to take the genetic fingerprint and compare it with the defendant’s DNA, last July, after he was arrested while taking the high school exam, but escaped after be released pending the case. “

Regarding the incident, he said: “I have already written two complaints against the accused, which are a rape report, and the last proof of lineage, but the complaints were maintained, although he was not asked about them.
