Dr Tariq Shawky, Minister of Education, confirmed that assessment in transfer years will be a mix of multiple methods, adding that he wants to focus on learning and not worry about assessment and grades.

Shawky said, in a statement on his official Facebook page, that there are many questions that involve the background of private lessons: “I repeat, there is no need for them.”

The Minister of Education said that the role of the indoctrination teacher will be changed to the role of counselor in the new educational system, indicating that recovery groups will be optional if the student needs more support, and the teacher will be present and play their role throughout the new academic year by all means.

The Minister of Education emphasized that the new empowerment groups will allow the student to choose any teacher who can understand, since the student will not be tied only to his school teacher.

The Minister of Education emphasized that, in implementation of the philosophy of the new educational system, study plans have been developed from kindergarten to grade 3 so that children of this early age are free from any exam, so that students children can enjoy the joy of learning at this stage.

The Minister of Education announced that to measure the impact of the implementation of the new educational system in Egypt, an Egyptian standardized test is being designed to be administered to students of the new educational system when they reach 4 primary schools to measure their reading level and writing, in addition to preparing these students to undergo an international examination for a sample of students with Other countries to measure our abilities together with students from other countries.
