Books – Muhammad Nassar:
The Housing Ministry has completed a preliminary version of the new construction requirements in the Giza governorate, which are intended to be discussed extensively within the General Organization for Urban Planning in preparation for its final approval.
The semi-final version of the conditions included a complete cessation of construction in 19 areas within 9 neighborhoods, as follows:
1- Bulaq Dakrur neighborhood .. It is strictly forbidden to build in all areas of the neighborhood.
2- Al-Agouza neighborhood .. Construction is strictly prohibited in the Ard al-Liwaa and Mitt Uqba areas.
3- Al-Warraq neighborhood .. Construction is strictly prohibited on Muhammad Island.
4- Al-Dokki neighborhood, Bain Al-Sarayat area .. Construction is strictly prohibited in Izbat Sons Allam in the area between Al-Tahrir street in the north, Dr. Al-Sobky street in the south, Dokki in the east and Dr. Hassan Wali Street in the west.
5- Talbiya neighborhood .. Construction is completely prohibited in all parts of the neighborhood except in the confined area between Ikhlas street in the north and the ring road to the south and the Mariouteya canal to the west and south of the road bypass from the church area.
6- Al-Omraniya district. Construction is completely prohibited in all parts of the neighborhood except in the confined area between Faisal Road in the north, Al-Haram in the south, Ibn Battuta in the east, Othman Muharram in the west, and the confined area between Khatam Road. Al-Morsalin in the south, Al-Haram street in the north and Masakouh Abu Al-Fattouh street in the east.
7 – North Giza District. Construction is completely banned in the Ard Al-Jamia, Al-Muneera, Kafr Al-Shawam, Mit Kardak, Abdel Moneim, Taj Al-Dawal and Kafr Ismail areas.
8- South Giza District .. Construction is completely prohibited in Moneeb area, Dahab island, Makki wheel and the area between Al Mahatta, Al Haram streets and the area south of the ring road.
9- Al-Haram neighborhood. Construction is strictly prohibited in the areas of Kafr Kaabish, Kafr Ghatati and the area between Mariouteya Road in the north and Mansouriya in the south, and Al Haram in the east and Faisal in the west.
