René Fyler, coach of the Al-Ahly club first team, revealed the position of Mahmoud Kahraba, the team’s player, in the participation in the next matches after the expiration of his suspension sentence.
The Al-Ahly club defeated its host Haras El-Hodoud with two unanswered goals, scored by Walid Suleiman and Mohamed Majdi Afsha in the match that took place on Monday night at the Al-Max Stadium on matchday 26 of the league.
The Football Association had imposed a sanction on Kahraba by holding him until the end of the current season, following the events of the super match in the Emirates, before it was reduced to 10 matches, which has already been applied.
The Swiss coach said in his remarks: “Kahraba has already expired and he is supposed to play the next game, but you have to take into account that he is out of the stadiums for a long time.”
Fyler added in his statements to the media: “The training is not as strong as the participation in the games, of course, and he is not 100% physically ready.”
René Fyler completed his statements, referring to Kahraba’s participation in the next period: “We will trust that he will be granted a gradual participation, and according to his level, we will determine his position in the following meetings.”
