Al-Zanati said in declarations on the screen of “Ontime Sports 2”: “We want to complete the league, but things are difficult due to the time factor and the large number of games, where there are 149 games left, and this is not seen in no other league in the world. “
He added: “I attend various scenarios to complete the league, but I am waiting for the green light of the country.”
In his opinion on the return of al-Douri, he revealed: “My opinion is that you should not solve a problem with a problem. The current situation is difficult due to the inability of the teams to carry out a period of preparation in Ramadan. , and it will be the closest opportunity to prepare after Eid. “
He continued: “There is a scenario where we define specific stadiums to host matches in them and here is the closest Cairo due to the large number of stadiums and hotels, and I set a minimum of four weeks for the preparation period, and I will not be able to establish a longer preparation period than that because there is no time for the new season. “
He continued: “If that scenario happens, the league will return on June 27, and here the tournament will take place for two months, which means that teams will play one game every three days, and this is a major obstacle for teams. and international players. “
Regarding the obstacles he will face, he concluded: “The matches of the Egyptian teams in the African championships are not yet a date, as well as the international agenda of the national team along with the African Cup of Nations and the Military World Cup next February “
