On the sixth day of the “Ring Tower” fire, a slight smoke escalation continued from the first floors of the property, amid an intense presence of Civil Protection personnel on both sides of the Ring.

On Tuesday, the Public Ministry ordered the imprisonment of the owner of the property “Burning Tower” for 4 days pending investigations.
He is charged with the charges for building a property without a license from the competent administrative authority and outside the authorized urban space, and for not implementing the decision issued by said authority to remove the infringing works after the legally prescribed period has expired, and for not taking – as an employer – the precautions and requirements necessary to prevent fire risks, and not provide it Occupational health and safety means to ensure protection from physical hazards, which resulted in the outbreak of fire in the warehouse where the incident occurred, and caused by your negligence, carelessness, and non-compliance with the laws in the outbreak of this fire.
