The Ministry of the Interior continued preventive sterilization and disinfection operations according to the prepared schedule, to face the repercussions of the spread of the “Corona” virus and protect workers in all police stations and centers and reluctant citizens, as well like the police facilities and the prisons at the Republic level.
The Media and Relations Sector of the Ministry of the Interior published a video documenting the Ministry’s medical devices that carry out sterilization operations and take samples from inmates, including Ahmed Doma, who is being held pending several cases, to ensure that are not infected with the emerging corona virus.
On 9 January 2019, under the chairmanship of Chancellor Mohamed Sherine Fahmy, the Cairo Criminal Court sentenced him to 15 years in prison and a fine of £ 6 million for Ahmed Doma in the “Cabinet Affairs” case.
Sterilizers in prisons and police stations also carried out a medical examination of journalist Khaled Dawoud, who was detained pending Case No. 488 of 2019, to ensure that he was not infected with the Corona virus.
