US authorities accused a military man of shooting 3 people to death in Illinois on Saturday, while security services arrested him.
And the Chief of Police of Rockford City, Illinois, Daniel O’Shea, announced that the security services had reached a conclusion indicating that the armed attack that occurred Saturday night at the Bowling Club was carried out by soldiers of the Army of United States, Duke Webb.
O’Shea explained that the shooting took place in a bar inside the club, killing 3 elderly people and wounding 2 teenagers and another man.
He noted that security forces detained Webb, 37, who resides in Florida and serves in the United States ground forces, stating that the prosecutor has officially accused him of killing 3 people and trying to kill 3 others.

The Rockford police chief did not explain the motives for the attack, indicating that it was likely that Webb had not planned in advance to open fire and did not know the people in the building.
