Major General Mustafa Kamal, Director of the Dakahlia Investigations Department, formed an investigation team headed by Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Shabana, Chief of Investigations of the First Division and officers of the Information Department.

Upon examination, it was found that the video is real and that the incident took place in Muhammad Fathi Street, Mansoura department, and that the victim was a “psychiatric patient” and a resident of the First Division department. the incident was identified.
