The two defendants acknowledged ownership of the car to the third defendant, who claimed to have no knowledge of the incident, and the latter in turn denied the accusation against him.
The “Public Ministry” had inspected the car and verified the menstrual period on its metal plates, and its characteristics coincided with those of one of the witnesses and the accused in the investigations.
