Social media leaders shared videos of the Mansoura train accident in Qalyubia governorate, which hit the cement barrier and injured 16 people as a result of a train colliding with concrete barriers in Dakahlia.
Major General Raafat Abdel-Baath, Dakahlia’s security director, had received a notification that the Emergency Police Department had received a report that an angel car had collided with a woman and her son crossing Aga Sandoub Street under the Minia Sandub Bridge.
Investigators and ambulances immediately went to the place of the report, and upon examination it was found that the mother and her son were crossing the street, but a truck collided with a truck, causing the last car to collide with them and the death of the boy Karim Walid Shaaban, 10, from the village of Minia Sandoub. Mansoura and his mother, Iman Abdu Awad Al-Sayed from Bani Ubaid, were injured by a concussion and are in serious condition.
The body and the wounded were taken to the Mansoura emergency hospital.
