Many clubs congratulated Al-Ahly on winning the CAF Champions League.
Al-Ahly beat Zamalek 2-1 at the Cairo International Stadium in the final of the African Champions League, to be crowned champions for the ninth time in club history.
“From Bayern, European champion, to Al-Ahly, champion of Africa, our congratulations on winning the African Champions League … See you at the Club World Cup in early February,” wrote the club’s official account European, Bayern Munich, on the social network.
Al-Ahly and Bayern Munich are scheduled to take part in the Club World Cup in early October in Qatar.
While Aston Villa published a congratulation through its official account on the social network Twitter, in which it said: “A special congratulations to the Egyptian Al-Ahly Club, to the Century Club of Africa, after winning the Champions League of the CAF for the ninth time. “
“Congratulations to Al-Ahly Club for winning the CAF Champions League title for the ninth time in its history,” South African Sun Downs said through his official Twitter account.

Saudi club Al Hilal congratulated Al-Ahly on winning the CAF Champions League title for the ninth time, and the Saudi club said in a tweet via its official Twitter account: “We congratulate Al-Ahly and his fondness for achieving the African Champions League and adding the ninth star in his records ”.
“Our congratulations from the Italian capital to the Al-Ahly club after winning the African Champions League for the ninth time in their history,” Italian club Roma wrote on Twitter.
