Alaa Waheed, spokesperson for the Ismaili club, revealed the fact that the Al-Ahly club entered into negotiations to include the player Abdul Rahman Magdy, noting that Red Castle did not send an official offer to join the player.
Wahid told “Falcon Stadium” radio statements that his club management had not received any official offer from Al-Ahly to join Abdel-Rahman Magdy.
And he added, it is not entirely possible to enter into reciprocal agreements with Al-Ahly, highlighting that the player was registered on the first list of the team.
He explained that the Ismaili club sticks to the presence of player Abdul Rahman Magdy in the coming season, noting that the management wants to maintain basic strength.
He commented on what is being said about it, saying, “There are a lot of rumors that are coming out on a systematic basis in the past period.”
He continued: “There are many players who have rumors, and the club previously announced that none of the main pillars will be sold.”
He stressed that there is more than one candidate from Al-Ahly and other clubs, noting that the hiring committee meetings continue and the team needs to strengthen some centers, and during this week there is a new one that will be unveiled.
He noted that the Iraqi player Hammam Tariq was left out of the first list of Ismailis, and the coaching staff decided to restrict Shilongo and Piketty, so the Iraqi player left because of the number of foreign players.
And he went to respond to the statements of Mohamed Al-Taweelah, president of the Al-Nujoom Club, regarding preventing Al-Ismaili from registering players for non-payment of the pecuniary sanction imposed by the International Court of Sports “Cass” in the case of Ibrahim Hassan.
He confirmed that Nasr Azzam, the Ismaili club’s lawyer, issued a statement saying that the appeal stops the implementation and the case has not been fully completed, and no one will lose the right.
He concluded his remarks: “We have registered 21 players on the Ismaili roster, and before December 6 we will restrict the second roster of new players, and we are still in negotiations with some players.”
