Mahmoud Shaheen, director of the weather forecast department of the Meteorological Authority, said that from Monday to the end of the week the country was exposed to a heat wave in most of the country.
Shaheen added to Masrawy that today’s temperatures are lower than normal levels, and that a water spill will form early in the morning and will not be affected by vision or moderate winds.
He continued: “As of Monday, we are witnessing a gradual increase in temperatures that continues until the end of the week, like the beginning of a heat wave, as tomorrow’s temperature reaches 32 degrees above Cairo and continues to rise until reach 37 degrees by the end of the week.
He noted that temperatures on the northern shores of 25 degrees and rise to 28 degrees, while northern and southern Upper Egypt reach 33 and rise to 41 degrees, noting that the increase will be above normal rates for that time. of the year in 4 degrees.
The Director of the Weather Forecast Department of the Meteorological Authority expected the weekend rain to fall in some areas of northern and southern Upper Egypt, and the Red Sea mountain ranges will be light to medium.
He emphasized that humidity levels are gradually increasing, but lowering the temperature during night hours reduces the feeling of high humidity.
