The Fund for Social Housing and Support for Real Estate Financing begins the procedures for the reservation of 2,271 apartments in the projects “Housing Egypt, Dar Misr and Paraíso”, distributed in 13 new cities, which were launched in cooperation between the Housing Fund Social and Support for Real Estate Financing, and the Authority of New Urban Communities, for citizens of the Mediterranean Income, after the closing of the electronic registration door and the payment of contributions, on Thursday, August 27.
“Masrawy” publishes the details of the shipment and reservation of a unit on the website with the priority system, which came as follows:
– Reservations begin with priority at 12:00 noon and until Sunday, September 27 at 12:00 at night.
– Reservations are made through the online portal of the Fund for Social Housing and Support for Real Estate Financing: “https://cservices.shmff.gov.eg”.
– The applicant enters to reserve through the website using the username and password previously used to submit jobs.
– The client chooses the code of the apartment to be reserved – in the event that it is not reserved by another citizen – from the forms available in the conditions brochure published on the site, since the assignment has priority over the reservation.
– The client can modify the desire to reserve during that period so that what counts is the client’s final choice, but on the condition that the anticipated amount of the seriousness of the previous payment is sufficient to reserve the selected residential unit.
– After closing the door to the reservation of the residential units, the documents required for the bookers stipulated in the tender book will be examined and classified, and in the event that none of the required documents are met, they will be made available complaints requests to complete said documents during the period 05/10/2020: 10/19/2020. Publicize the mechanism for submitting these requests in a timely manner.
– The total number of applicants on the portal reached 5134 citizens, divided by the number of 1765 applicants for Egypt housing, the number of 1515 applicants for Dar Masr and the number of 1863 applicants for Jannah.
Regarding the total of those who paid the important reserve advance required for the three projects, it amounted to 4,683 citizens, of which 431 were citizens who were not registered.
