The Prosecutor’s Office ordered the preventive detention of 7 defendants for the assault on a girl in the Mit Ghamr area, where on December 12 of this year the “Prosecutor’s Office” had been notified of the complaint of a girl who heard her testimony about the prosecution of seven children while walking on a public road in the Mit Ghamr area), touching her body and her chastity citizens and waving passersby against her as soon as five of them got into a car and two motorcycles, so she went to a cafe to avoid them, then when she came out thinking they were gone, she was shocked that she was constantly being followed and chased, so she hid in a car show room whose owner helped coordinate a path to transport her and confirmed your place of residence. She received threats from a page of a relative of a defendant and a lawyer assigned to defend some of the defendants on the social network (Facebook), which included defamation to influence her and coerce her to withdraw her complaint.

Through the investigation and inspection of the surveillance cameras that gave the scene of the accident, the police were able to identify the seven defendants and the numbers of the car and the bicycle in which they were traveling. The Prosecutor’s Office interrogated them after their arrest, while they denied.

Although the “Public Ministry” received two police video clips that were extracted from the surveillance machines with a view of the accident site, it was found that one of them saw the appearance of the victim in it and a large number of people to her surroundings, and her appearance in the other section while she was walking on public roads and the defendants followed her in the aforementioned car and motorcycle. Those who confronted them in the two sections did not deny their appearance in them, since the victim recognized the accused if they were presented with a legal offer for the investigations.

The Public Ministry also obtained two other video clips taken from another surveillance machine, in which one showed the victim walking down the public road in the company of a girl – among the witnesses – towards the car room where he was hiding. , and several people followed her, including the car in which some of the defendants were traveling.

The “Public Ministry” heard six witnesses to the event, among them the owners of the gallery and café, where the victim had disappeared, three girls and another who saw the victim during his processing, without seeing them at the time of the attack. .

Police investigations had resulted in the veracity of the defendants’ usurpation of the victim while he was walking on public roads talking and touching her, and then when he asked for help, several passers-by gathered around him in an attempt to save her, but the accused he took advantage of this meeting insistently to attack her.

The “Public Ministry” has ordered the arrest of the accused pending the investigations, and has requested the competent Transit Directorate to indicate the owners of the car and bicycle in which the accused were traveling, and the investigations are being completed.
