Speaking to the president of the Saudi Al-Taawon Club, Mansour said during a telephone interview on the “Awdat Al-Labs” program broadcast on Al-Nahar channel: “Oh Muhammad, you misunderstand things. He added: “Zamalek is a great Egyptian club, just as we respect the people of Jeddah, Al Hilal and the rest of the clubs. You have to respect us. You kidnapped the coach with money. He spoke politely of Egypt and Zamalek.”

Mansour concluded his speech by saying: “Carteron will leave the cooperation in the same way as Zamalek left, but the president of the Al-Taawon Club has made an illegal deal.”

The head of Cooperation published a tweet on Wednesday through his “Twitter” account, in which he said: “This cooperation, gentlemen, is done by whoever wants it and whoever orders it is done.”

This tweet came after the French coach, Patrice Carteron, canceled his contract with Zamalek and paid the penalty clause, which amounts to a quarter of a million dollars, to leave for the Saudi cooperation, with whom he signed a contract for two seasons.
