The train incident is due to the mistreatment of a recruiter in the army by the conductors of the train No. 948 that was heading from Mansoura / Cairo on September 9, and a video of the incident was circulated on social media, which which prompted the Ministry of Transportation to issue a press release about the video. The authors were suspended from work and referred for immediate investigation.
Eng. Kamel al-Wazir, Minister of Transport, and all the ministry employees apologized for the railroad transgression against one of the train passengers, as well as affirming their respect and respect for all railway workers to passengers in general and to all the brave armed forces and the police in particular.

The Armed Forces said: We appreciate the measures taken by the Ministry of Transportation in the face of the incident, which only reflects the misconduct of a worker.
The General Command of the Armed Forces expressed its most sincere gratitude and appreciation to the great Egyptian lady who witnessed the incident on the train, and agreed to pay the price of the trip ticket, highlighting that what she did was an expression of authenticity of the Egyptian woman who carries in her heart a lot of gift, humanity and motherhood.
