The decision stipulates that it is forbidden to celebrate festivals, conferences and large events of any kind or purpose, and any activity or party that leads to mass concentrations, an exception may be made with special permission of the Prime Minister on the proposal of the competent minister to authorize some of these activities after ensuring that all the precautionary measures prescribed by Special Authorities.
The decision also stipulated the prohibition of making all kinds of pavilions, whether for weddings, to receive condolences, birthdays and popular celebrations, or similar occasions, and the reception of citizens in the houses of events attached to the cult temples is also prohibited. for the realization of any social event such as weddings or condolences, and the visit to sanctuaries and the celebration of weddings and events is also prohibited. If he violates any of the previous provisions, the person responsible for the place will be punished with a custodial sentence of no more than six months and a fine of no more than four thousand pounds or any of the two penalties provided that it is proven that he had knowledge of the crime and this It was caused by non-compliance with their job duties.
The decision stipulated the prohibition of violating the precautionary measures, health measures and the percentages of presence or occupation mentioned in the previous decisions of the Prime Minister in this regard, and it is also prohibited to receive students in order to receive knowledge in places not authorized to do so. .
The decision obliges citizens to wear protective masks while on all public or private means of transport and during their hesitation or presence in all closed public places that receive the public or open places where it is impossible to achieve the required social distancing from in accordance with health requirements, and the actual management manager is prohibited by means of transportation or named Places that allow citizens to be independent or enter without wearing a protective mask.

The decision stipulates that if a criminal case is initiated, the defendant may be reconciled in these crimes if he pays two thirds of the maximum fine determined before the sentence is handed down in the matter, and the criminal case ends with the payment of the reconciliation amount.
The decision also established that, for a period of seven days, businesses and establishments that fail to comply with the provisions of the prohibition of performing concerts, festivals or events related to the celebration of New Year’s Eve will be administratively closed, either within hotel facilities and tourist or last, and the establishment of festivals, conferences and large events of all kinds or purposes and activities or parties.
