The Minister of Health meets with members of the Coronavirus Control Committee … and highlights compliance with the updated protocol

Hala Zayed, Minister of Health and Population, held a meeting on Tuesday with the Scientific Committee to Combat the Emerging Coronavirus (Covid-19), headed by Dr. Hosni Hosni, to discuss developments in the treatment protocols for the emerging coronavirus and the epidemiological situation in Egypt.

This was done in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Hassani, Deputy Minister of Health for Public Health Initiatives Affairs, and members of the Scientific Committee to Combat Coronavirus (Dr. Jehan Al-Assal, Dr. Noha Assem, Dr. Akram Abdel -Bari, Dr. Ahmed Shawki, Dr. Amin Abdel-Baqi and Dr. Hamdi Ibrahim, Dr. Wagdy Amin), at the General Office of the Ministry of Health and Population.

Dr. Khaled Mujahid, advisor to the Minister of Health and Population for Media Affairs and official spokesman for the ministry, explained that the minister discussed with the scientific committee the developments of the protocols for the treatment of the emerging corona virus, and what contained the adoption of new and more effective drugs to treat those infected, emphasizing the need to provide treatment for the emerging corona virus and doses. “Mujahid” added that the minister thanked all members of the scientific committee headed by Dr. Hossam Hosni for their efforts to achieve the best treatment protocols for the emerging corona virus, highlighting that this committee, with its Egyptian human skills, had a great impact on the success of the Egyptian war.
