Yasser Idris, an official spokesperson for the Egyptian Olympic Committee, stated that the decision to suspend Murtaza Mansour is subject to appeal if the Zamalek president formally submits a request within 15 days of the October 4 decision.

He continued: “The investigating judge made his decision and addressed the board of the committee with it, and we have the right to make any decision against him, and that is why we approved it.

She explained that “Mortada Mansour has the right to oppose the decision within 15 days, and present it to the Olympic Committee, and if we reject it, then she has the right to appeal to the Egyptian Arbitration and Arbitration Center or the International Sports Court as she wishes. “.

And he added: “If Murtaza Mansour obtains a ruling to suspend the decision, he will stop, but the idea of ​​suspending only because he presented an appeal to the competent authorities, this is unfounded and he is not allowed to go to the ordinary courts.”
