A state of sadness dominated the people of the city of Khusus, Qalyubia governorate, after the announcement of the death of two newlyweds on their wedding night, since their marriage did not last less than a day.
Muhammad Saeed, a neighbor of the newlyweds, told “Masrawy” that what happened was a catastrophe in the full sense of the word, after the family of the newlyweds discovered his death, confirming that the entire city he lived with great sadness, following “the newlyweds in Paradise, God willing.”
Muhammad indicated that the last presence of the newlyweds was after the wedding at one in the morning, and several hours later we discovered the incident.
“Saeed” added: “The mother of the groom went to see how they were, as is the norm in most marriages in the region, but the mother found no response from them.”
And Mohammed Saeed added: “Doubts began to arise with the mother who asked for help and the families got together, and the door of the apartment was broken, to discover later that the newlyweds were corpses and at that time the tragedy, and we reported to the security forces, and to Lieutenant Colonel Mahmoud Aql, chief of investigations of the Al-Khos Police Department. “
The relatives of the bride confirmed during the investigations of the prosecution in particular that the accident was a death by electrocution, and that the death occurred a few hours after they entered the conjugal home, after the wedding night that took place in one from the corridors of the city.
The two relatives added that the accident was caused by a short circuit in the water heater during the bachelorette party, highlighting that the death is not criminally suspected.
The Public Ministry, under the supervision of Counselor Ali Hassan, Public Ministry Prosecutor of North Benha, ordered permission to bury the newlyweds and a report was drawn up on the incident, and the two bodies were transferred to the hospital, and the prosecution requested that the facts be investigated.
The social media pages in particular became a book of condolences for the newlyweds, and a photo of them at the wedding was posted, praying to God to have mercy on them and forgive them and make their resting place in the paradise, begging everyone to pray for them.
