For its part, the Second Prosecutor’s Office of Zagazig decided to detain a teaching assistant at the University of Zagazig for 15 days pending an investigation for harassing a girl and masturbating in a minibus, and the Prosecutor’s Office charged the defendant with two charges of harassment and commission of indecent act in public transport.
The pioneers of the social networking sites “Facebook” circulated a video clip of the moment when a young man was arrested and assaulted by a girl for accusing him of harassing her and masturbating inside a mass transport in the city of Zagazig, Sharkia governorate .
And in the video clip, the girl appeared crying out to the police and the public to bring the young man to justice and take all legal measures with him, amid a state of sympathy for the woman and an aversion to the young man’s disgusting act.
It turned out that the young man works as a doctor at the University of Zagazig, and was detained, security services were notified and a report on the incident was being edited.
From his side, Major General Ibrahim Abdel Ghaffar, Eastern Security Director, received a notification from Major General Amr Raouf, Criminal Investigation Director, according to which a report received from a 19-year-old girl named “HA”, accusing to “AM”, a human doctor from Zagazig University, of harassment and masturbation with her. Inside a minibus he was traveling on the second section of Zagazig.
The young man was detained and report No. 6583 of the second Zagazig misdemeanor for the year 2020 was released and the Public Ministry was notified to carry out investigations.
