2- Work with the Association of Former Players and Professional Players, the Football Association and the relevant bodies to deduct a percentage of the contracts between clubs and players to finance the fund.

3- Contact the Ministry of Youth, the Association of Professional Players and the FIFA Player Affairs Committees to study how to eliminate all the legal obstacles that clubs face in paying the quotas of injured players.

4- A proposal to the Football Association to disclose the name of the player in one of the halls / stadiums of the new project of the headquarters of the Egyptian Federation on October 6.

5- Address the Journalists’ Union and the Sports Critics Association with a recommendation to launch an award on behalf of the player Moamen Zakaria, which is awarded annually at the award ceremony to the best in Egypt, and Abu Rida takes care of the value of the prize.

6- Contact the African Football Confederation to choose Moamen Zakaria as their ambassador for the final of the CAF Champions League this year
