Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke with Bahrain’s Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa on Tuesday, according to the Hebrew and Bahraini media.
The Hebrew website “Walla” said the talk is about the first public contact between Netanyahu and the Crown Prince of Bahrain since the signing of the standardization agreement between Tel Aviv and Manama.
He explained that the two sides discussed during the call the cooperation between the two countries and regional developments.
The crown prince of Bahrain told Netanyahu that the normalization agreement signed between the two countries will help improve security, stability and prosperity in the Middle East, according to the same source.
In turn, Netanyahu promised to soon announce practical steps that would incorporate cooperation between Tel Aviv and Manama.

He continued: “We confirm once again the principles of the Ibrahim Accords (the normalization agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain) and talk about a speedy implementation of the accords between the two countries and how to make this peace a peace. economic, technological and tourist “.
Netanyahu concluded his tweet by saying, “You will hear about the practical steps soon.”
And Bahrain’s (official) News Agency reported that Salman bin Hamad assured Netanyahu during the call “of the importance of strengthening international peace and security and continued efforts in support of peace, stability and prosperity.”
“They also reviewed areas of bilateral cooperation in the framework of the declaration of support for peace between the two countries, and a series of developments at the regional and international levels,” he added.
And last week, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates signed two normalization agreements with Israel at the White House, under the auspices of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, ignoring the state of anger in popular Arab circles.
Arab political forces and organizations announced their widespread rejection of these two agreements, amid accusations that they were a “stab” in the back of the Palestinian cause.
