Today Wednesday, the British government announced that the city of Liverpool has entered the third category of restrictions in force to face the outbreak of the Corona virus.
And the city of Liverpool fell into the third category, following the increase in Corona virus cases in the city.
The English fans had been absent from the Premier League stands since last March, due to the spread of the new Corona virus (Covid-19), which caused the suspension of football activity until last June, before resuming the activity against the absence of the public.
Fans have returned to the stands of the “Premier League” after the British government agreed to return English fans to football stadiums “in limited numbers” since December 2, according to certain restrictions.
The English authorities have identified the areas that will be classified in different categories, whether they are first, second or third category.
After the city of Liverpool is included in the third category of restrictions in place to face the Corona virus, fans will not be able to attend Premier League matches again.
It is worth noting that Liverpool and Everton are the only two teams that could have hosted fans with the amount of two thousand fans, because they fell into the second category, but after the city is included in the third category, the fans will be completely absent from the stands of the “Premier League” again.
