President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi addressed the Egyptian people tonight, Tuesday, about the crisis of the increasing number of new infections due to the Corona virus.
The speech came after the president’s meeting with Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hala Zayed, Minister of Health and Population, and Dr. Muhammad Awad Tajuddin, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Health and Prevention Affairs,
The president was informed about the current situation of the spread of the new Corona virus since the beginning of the crisis at the beginning of this year until now, the launch of the second wave of the pandemic and the contagion rates at the level of the governorates of the República, and the latest research reports that address the number of cases and the expectation of infections in the next phase, and the measures taken by the government to contain the spread of the virus. And the preparation of the country’s hospitals and medical teams in this context.
The most prominent messages from the president were the following:
– The state calmly dealt with the Corona crisis so as not to intimidate the citizens
– The state worked on a balanced path that has been appreciated and studied by many countries.
– I extend my greetings and thanks to all the medical teams that still play a great role in making great efforts to preserve the health of the Egyptians.
The emerging corona virus vaccine will not be available before the middle of next year
Egypt has a specialized scientific committee that has been managing the crisis since December last year.

– Hiring during the next days to obtain our part of the Corona vaccine
Egypt has taken several economic measures, the most important of which is the EGP 100 billion initiative to face the first wave of Corona.
The real vaccine for the Coronavirus crisis is “conscience”
– “There are no closed places, there are no meetings between people … Let’s use the muzzle and don’t consider it a disturbing method.”
– The state will provide the new Corona virus vaccine to all Egyptians as soon as it is proven effective.
– “We have not transmitted to them the dread and fear of this difficult epidemic.”
The epidemic continues and we must continue to take preventive measures
