Punishment for violating the emergency decision

Law No. 162 of 1958 provided that without prejudice to the stricter penalties provided in the laws in force or whoever takes his place of the President of the Republic in it, whoever violates the orders issued will be punished with the penalties provided in said orders. , provided that this penalty does not exceed temporary forced labor and a fine.
