At the same time, Walid Al-Attar, Executive Director of the Federation, sent a similar protest on behalf of the Egyptian Association of Football to the African Confederation, requesting a replay of the match for the same reasons. “
The Egyptian Federation published a statement today announcing that the organizing committee of the North African U-20 Youth Championship decided to cancel the Egyptian team’s match against its Tunisian counterpart.
