The death of the first Egyptian coach, the Corona virus

Mohamed Abdo, the coach of the Badr club goalkeeper, died from an infection with the Corona virus in Beheira governorate.
Today, Monday, the Ministry of Health and Population announced that 97 of those infected with Coronavirus were discharged from isolation and quarantine hospitals, after receiving the necessary medical care and recovery according to the guidelines of the World Organization of Health, which brings the total number of people recovering from the virus to 2,172 cases to date.
Dr. Khaled Mujahid, Advisor to the Minister of Health and Population for Media Affairs and the official spokesperson for the ministry, said the number of cases whose laboratory results turned from positive to negative for the Corona virus (Covid-19) increased 2,655 cases, including 2,172 recovered.
He added that 346 new cases, positive from laboratory tests of the virus, had been registered as part of the ministry’s surveillance and investigation procedures, according to WHO guidelines, which point to the death of 8 new cases.
Mujahid said that all registered HIV positive cases in isolation and quarantine hospitals are subject to medical care, according to guidelines from the World Health Organization.
“Mujahid” stated that the total number recorded in Egypt with the new corona virus until today, Monday, is 9,746 cases, including 2,172 cases that have been cured and discharged from isolation and quarantine hospitals, and 533 deaths.
