The artist Al-Montasser Billah passed away today in a hospital in Alexandria, after a fight against the disease, at the age of 70.
The late artist had suffered for more than 10 years from various chronic diseases that began with him in 2008 when he suffered a stroke, which caused him to be barred from acting for two years, and when he returned it did not last long until he got away from the effect of the disease in him.
The late artist was suffering from the dryness of his fellow artists and did not ask about him except for some of them.
Al-Muntaser Billah is an artist who earned a master’s degree in theater arts in 1977, and his first appearance was with his trio of stage lights in the early 1970s, where he began and starred in the personification of comic characters.
Although he did not reach the maximum heroism, in most of his works he was an influential character and a focus of events.
The late married artist Aziza Kassab, who retired from art to take care of his three daughters. His last artistic appearance was as a guest star on the series “Ragel Wisastat” and the radio series “Awam Ali Barr Al Hawa”.
