A memorial service for the late great star Mahmoud Yassin was held on the stage of the National Theater of the Technical House of the Theater.
The ceremony saw the entry of her daughter, artist Rania Mahmoud Yassin, in a fit of tears, while she and her brother, artist Amr Mahmoud Yassin, received their father’s honor from the Minister of Culture, Dr. Inas Abdel Dayem, who held the ceremony under her patronage.
Several stars were eager to attend the ceremony, including: the husband of the late artist Mohamed Riyadh, the great star Hussein Fahmy, the great artist Samiha Ayoub, the artist Merit Omar Hariri, the artist Ismail Mukhtar, director of the art house of the theater, artist Ihab Fahmy, director of the National Theater, and others.
The National Theater is decorated with images of Mahmoud Yassin from his works of art.
The funeral of the late Mahmoud Yassin began with the theatrical performance “The Dream”, written by his son, artist Amr Mahmoud Yassin, and starring Ashraf Abdel Ghafour, Sawsan Badr, Mohamed Riad, Moufid Ashour, directed by Nasser Abdel Moneim, followed for the honor of the late artist Mahmoud Yassin, and the film. Produced by the National Theater Center on the life of the late great star.
