He also argued that the material element of the crime stipulated in article 278 of the penalties for indecent act is absent, and the material element of the crime stipulated in article 14 of the Decency Law and article 25 of the Internet Law relating to attacks on Egyptian values and principles is absent.
The defense then presented the death certificate of Hadeer Al-Hadi’s father during the session.
