The Ministry of Housing, represented by the Fund for Social Housing and Support for Real Estate Financing, begins to present the brochures of the conditions for the new offer of social housing as part of the President’s initiative to provide fully finished housing on November 1 to people with disabilities and November 8 for all citizens.
The offer book containing the housing unit reservation form is purchased through any automated post office at the level of all cities and governorates in which the housing units are offered.
The number of units offered for the reserve reaches 100 thousand units with areas of 75 meters and 90 meters, in cities (Badr “Capital Gardens” – October Gardens – New October “West Airport Area” – May 15 – Ramadan 10 – New Obour – Sadat – New Minya – Mallawi Nuevo – New Aswan – New Qena – New Sohag), at prices that reached 244,000 for the 75-meter apartment and 310,000 for the 90-meter unit.
According to the announcement of the reservation conditions, the price of the flat in social housing will be paid over 20 years, with the real estate financing system at a reduced interest of 7%, and Masrawy explains it in the following points:
– The price of the 90 square meter apartment has reached 310 thousand pounds, since 15.5 thousand serious reservations are paid in addition to 100 pounds, a brochure of conditions and 350 non-refundable administrative expenses.
– After completing the application and announcing the names of those who have met the conditions, at the beginning of April 1, the payment of the 12 quarterly installments, the value of the installment is 2,600 pounds, and at the end of the 12 installments , the applicant has paid 31,200 pounds, regardless of the severity of the reservation.
– Once the installments are finalized, the field inquiry processes are started, then the credit inquiry, specifically from 3 years, and here the payment of the receipt is determined, which reaches 50 thousand on average, since it varies from one barrier to another depending on the income rate and age, as well as the financing authority and also the value of the support given to the applicant from the housing fund.
– With this, the barrier will be paid approximately 100 thousand until receipt, and the remaining 210 thousand pounds, the value of the subsidy granted by the fund is deducted, which is determined according to salary and age, and if the applicant’s income is 3000 and is 35 years old, will receive an average grant of 25 thousand pounds.
– Thus, the remainder of the unit price is 185 thousand pounds, to the volume of interest that reaches 7% is added a decreasing one, where the value of the monthly payment reaches 40% of the average income, and in this case it could be 1000 on average.
