Investigations by the Giza Security Directorate revealed that the defendant committed the intention and decided to kill the victim, Nadine, in March 2015, due to differences between them, as the victim worked in one of the office equipment stores adjacent to a store owned by the defendant. , and an emotional relationship arose between them without the knowledge of their delusional family and marriage. However, she was surprised by his desire to marry his sister, which aroused his anger and anger, and threatened the accused with revealing the matter of their emotional relationship, so he decided to kill her.

According to the investigations, the defendant got rid of Nadine, who was working in one of the libraries that took his friend from him and killed her because of differences between them, and buried her next to the body of his wife and friend, then he went to Alexandria, and there he continued to commit his crimes, where he killed a worker in an appliance store he owned after he disavowed his promises. He also instructed the defendants on where the bodies of their victims were buried, and these were exhumed after they were transformed into skeletons.
