Walid Suleiman, the current star of the Al-Ahly club, revealed that he had received a tempting offer to leave the Red Castle, noting that he refused to leave, preferring to remain in the ranks of the team to retire within the ranks of Al-Ahly.

Suleiman added in comments on the “On Time Sports 1” screen Friday night: “Everyone knows that I struggled to move in with my family, and retiring from the team is one of my priorities.”

Al-Ahly’s administration had reached an agreement with Walid Suleiman to renew his contract for a period of two seasons, as “Al-Hawi’s” contract would expire after the end of the current season.

Regarding the goals of his team in the next season, he explained: “We all have one heart, and during seven games we can win two championships, the European Champions League and the African Super League, in addition to reaching the Club World Cup.”

On the recent altercation of the team player, Mahmoud Abdel-Moneim “Kahraba”, said: “The problem ended quickly, and these are things that can happen.”

The Al-Ahly administration had fined “Kahraba” of one million pounds, following his altercation in team training before meeting Wadi Degla.

Notably, Walid Suleiman participated in the Al-Ahly and Wadi Degla match to lead Al-Ahmar by winning two unanswered goals, which made Al-Ahly continue his leadership in the local championship with a score of 65 points, 20 points ahead of Zamalek and Pyramids, second and third, respectively.
