Forecasters expect the weather to be Wednesday, pleasant during the day, cold at night, with rain in most areas between medium and heavy.
The Meteorological Authority stated that the daytime weather is pleasant in Cairo, Al-Wajh and Al-Bahri, and the winds are moderate at times, and leaning towards the east, active in the west, with moderate weather in the south of the Sinai and winds are moderate at times, while the weather will be mild during the day in northern Upper Egypt, moderate in southern Upper Egypt, and moderate winds are active. Sometimes in the north of Upper Egypt.
As for the night weather, meteorologists expected it to be cold in Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern, northern and southern coasts of Upper Egypt, tending to be cold in southern Sinai.
The meteorological authority indicated that the meteorological phenomena will be, average rain in some areas of Greater Cairo (Cairo – Giza – Qalyubia), and moderate to heavy rains that are sometimes electrical storms in some areas of Lower Egypt (Kafr El Sheikh – Beheira – Dakahlia – Gharbia – Menoufia – Sharqia) and heavy rains, sometimes thunderstorms, in some areas of the northern coasts (Alexandria – Matrouh – Salloum – Rashid – Damietta – Port Said – Arish – Rafah), and light to moderate rains in some areas of northern Upper Egypt (Fayoum – Beni Suef – Minya).
He added that the technical description of the meteorological maps (the country is affected by the extent of Sudan’s seasonal depression on the surface with the presence of an air depression in the upper atmosphere).
As for the state of the Mediterranean, it will be turbulent to moderate, with wave heights that will range between 1.5 m to 2.5 m, and the surface winds will be from the northwest.
As for the state of the Red Sea, it will be moderate, with wave heights ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters, and the surface winds will be from the northwest.
