Increase teacher salaries
ANDThe House of Representatives, headed by Dr. Ali Abdel-Aal, Speaker of Parliament, passed a bill early last month to improve teacher salaries, as passed by President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, provided that the increase will be implemented from January 2021.

The law also included many benefits and grants as follows:

– Grant an additional bonus for transfer exams at a monthly average ranging from 65 to 155 pounds
Approval of a school administration incentive of £ 250 for each school principal or senior high school senior and £ 150 per month for the agent.
The five bonds
Starting Sunday, January 3, 2021, the National Social Security Authority will begin to disburse January pensions to approximately 10.5 million pensioners and beneficiaries, with a total cost estimated at 25 million pounds, according to Major General Jamal. Awad, holder of authority.
The head of the Social Security Authority indicated that the total cost of the disbursement of pensions in addition to the third payment of the five bonds is estimated at 25 billion pounds, of which about 18 billion are the cost of the disbursement of the January pensions and £ 7 billion are the cost of the third batch of the five bonds.
Every pensioner and beneficiary who owns an ATM card or a “Meeza” card, regardless of the value of their insurance benefits, is entitled to the disbursement of all the benefits of the estimated 12,000 ATMs distributed throughout the republic on the first day of month.
Pensions increase
We continue with pensioners, since the new insurance and pensions law – which was implemented at the beginning of last year after the approval of the House of Representatives and the ratification of President Sisi – stipulated an increase Pensions maturing on June 30 of each year starting on July 1, at the inflation rate, with a maximum increase of 15%.
The law also provided that the value of the increase in the pension does not exceed the percentage of the increase attributable to the maximum monthly contribution salary on June 30 of each year andThe total pension payable will not be less than 65% of the minimum insurance contribution.
Staff allowance
According to the Civil Service Law, state employees receive a special subsidy that is applied at the beginning of the fiscal year in July of each year in accordance with a special law on the percentage of the bonus, passed by Parliament each year and ratified by President.
The last bonus approved by Parliament and approved by the President, last year, stipulated that state workers who are not served by the provisions of the Civil Service Law, are granted a special bonus of 12% of basic salary, with a minimum of 75 pounds per month.
Physician allowance
Last July, the Chamber of Deputies approved a bill presented by the government to modify some provisions of the law that regulates the affairs of members of the medical professions who work in entities attached to the Ministry of Health and Population, without those contemplated by the laws or special regulations issued by Decree No. 14 of 2014.
The new amendments, approved by President Al-Sisi, included an increase in the allocation for medical professions by 75% over the current value, which will be spent monthly. According to the following slides:
– 1225 pounds for doctors.
– 875 pounds for dentists, pharmacists, veterinarians and physical therapists.
– 790 pounds for the Senior Nurse, Chemical and Physical Specialist.
– £ 700 for technical diploma holders for nursing technicians and health technicians.
