Private sources revealed to “Al-Jazeera Mubasher” that Sudan will hand over to Egypt a group of Egyptian opponents arrested in Sudan.

The sources confirmed that the handover process is the result of high-level security cooperation between the Egyptian authority and the sovereign transitional council in Sudan.

The sources also indicated that the delivery process will be accompanied by a great media celebration by the Egyptian regime.

Last March, the Voice of the Dungeon page revealed, via Twitter, that dozens of Egyptians residing in Sudan had been arrested by Sudanese authorities.

Vice President of the Sudan Sovereign Council, Lt. Gen. Muhammad Hamdan Hamidati, visited Egypt last March and met with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and the head of the General Intelligence Service, Major General Abbas Kamel.

Hamidati’s visit to Cairo came days after the head of Egypt’s General Intelligence Service, Major General Abbas Kamel, in Khartoum, at the head of a security delegation, where he met with the president of the Council of Sovereigns from Sudan, Lt. Gen. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan.
