Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Weather Forecast Department of the General Meteorological Authority, revealed that the country is witnessing a dense waterfall in the morning in areas of the northern coasts, Lower Egypt, the canal cities, central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt, and light rains in areas of the western coasts in intermittent periods, and light to medium rains in areas of the Red Sea ranges and light rains in southern areas of Upper Egypt, with intermittent periods.
Meteorology expects the weather to be cold at night in Cairo and Lower Egypt, cold on the northern shores, cold in southern Sinai, very cold in the north and south of Upper Egypt.
Regarding temperatures, today Saturday: Greater Cairo is 22 degrees and Minimum is 12 degrees, Greater Alexandria is 20 and Lower is 13 degrees, Great Matrouh is 20 degrees and Minimum is 11 degrees, Greater Sohag is 23 degrees and Minimum is 10 degrees, Great Qena is 24 degrees and Minimum is 10 degrees, and Great Aswan is 27 degrees.
