Journalist Ahmed Schubert confirmed that the Al-Ahly club has alternatives in case Rene Fyler of Switzerland leaves the club’s first football team.

So far, Fyler’s file has not been resolved at the Red Castle or his contract with the club was terminated, as the Swiss coach rejected all offers made by the club’s management.

Schubert said during his program on the channel “Ontime Sport”: “If Fyler leaves Al-Ahly at ten o’clock, the club will announce the name of the new coach at ten and five minutes, no problem and the alternatives are there.”

Schubert added: “Al-Ahly is already ready with the resumes of three very, very strong foreign coaches with those in charge of the archive, and between the Egyptians Muhammad Yusef and Imad Al-Nahhas, but he did not speak to them.”

The senior journalist revealed the willingness of some of Fyler’s foreign assistants to stay in Egypt and continue working for the Al-Ahly club and not leave in case of the Swiss coach’s departure.

In the last hours, the news about Al-Ahly had spread to thank Failer and appoint Mohamed Youssef to replace him, but the Al-Ahly club came out in an official statement to deny this news.

Al-Ahly seek to resolve the issue of the technical coach, either with Fyler staying or with an exit, especially since the team is on the verge of important matches in the African Champions League, while the team has decided on the Egyptian Premier League.
