Sassi’s agent Laila Kora: Al Duhail and the Emirati club want the player

Muhannad Aouni, Tunisian commercial agent Ferjani Sassi, Zamalek club midfielder, confirmed that the player has a strong desire to renew his contract with Zamalek in the next period, but is waiting for late fees.

And several Zamalek officials stressed that Sassi’s renewal of his contract with the team is near.

Sassi’s contract with Zamalek expires at the end of the current season.

Sassi’s agent told “Yallakora”: “It was agreed with the current Zamalek administration about the payment of the arrears.”

He continued: “Sassi really wants to renew his contract with Zamalek, he wants to continue with the team.”

And he highlighted: “We want stability for Zamalek and the team and also help the tripartite committee.”

“In fact, he has more than one offer, especially Qatari Al-Duhail, and there is also a club from the United Arab Emirates that wants Sassi,” he said.

Qatari reports indicated that the Sassi entered the accounts of Al-Duhail, which is preparing to participate in the Doha Club World Cup next February.

Sassi’s agent concluded his comments by saying: “But the priority is Zamalek. This is what Sassi wants. We are awaiting a final agreement with Zamalek’s management on all details and payment of the arrears.”
