Saeed Moulay was instructed by the Iranian authorities to lose in the semifinals of the international tournament that was held in the Japanese capital Tokyo in August 2019, not to face the Israeli fighter, Sagi Muki, in the final match of the tournament on the hour.

In the context of the Iranian decision, the International Judo Federation published a statement in September 2019, in which it clarified the suspension of the sports activities of the Iranian Judo Federation, due to the refusal of the Iranian fighter to face his counterpart. Israeli.

It is noteworthy that Said Moulay is the world judo champion weighing less than 81 kilograms for the year 2018. He fled to Germany after being ordered not to fight Israeli judo, and although Moulay did not fight him, he He refused to return to his country “for fear of his arrest”.
