Juventus coach, Italian Andrea Pirlo, confirmed that the star of his team, Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo, suffered an injury during Lazio’s game on Sunday, in the seventh stage of the Italian League.
Ronaldo left the field in the 75th minute, to replace Argentine Paulo Dybala.

Pirlo said after the end of the game, in a 1-1 draw, that the reason for Ronaldo’s replacement was not technical, adding: “Ronaldo played a key role, but unfortunately he had an ankle problem and had to leave.
Pirlo also spoke in his statements about his team’s performance against Lazio, and expressed his satisfaction with what happened in the stadium until the last ten seconds, in which Lazio scored the tie.
And Abizaid: “To win the championship you have to pay attention to all the details. We couldn’t handle the ball in the last ten seconds and they managed to score the tie.”
He continued: “If you enter the stadium in a non-positive position, you are going to perform poorly. It is a bad result and we deserved more. We lack the desire to win, we have to do more.”

Following this injury, Ronaldo threatens to miss his country’s decisive matches in the European Nations League competition, against France and Croatia.
