British press reports revealed on Wednesday that an Egyptian businessman is close to buying the English club Burnley in the next period, as the British daily “Mirror” reported that Egyptian businessman Muhammad Al-Kashashi is preparing to buy Burnley Club in a settlement worth £ 200 million. The newspaper said that Kashachi and sports lawyer Chris Farnell signed agreements to buy and sell the club that participates in the English Premier League following the agreement with the president of the Burnley Club, Mike Garlick, and this comes after the sports lawyer lifted his ban on owning a football club by the FA following his earlier attempt to buy a Charlton Athletic club.

The newspaper noted that Kashachi and Farnell had already presented the credentials to buy the club, and it only remains to pass the test that the owners of the Premier League clubs are subjected to.

The newspaper added that millionaire businessman Al Kashashi entered into talks to buy Burnley more than a year ago, and that the club was put up for sale in an earlier period.

The newspaper revealed that Kashachi is interested in buying an English club, after he was also interested in buying Charlton, but now he wants to buy a club in the Premier League.

Burnley spent just £ 1 million in the last summer transfer season to bring in Dale Stephens from Brighton, while goalkeeper Will Norris arrived with a free transfer.123118550_370011334315031_6769988845087475740_n
