The lawsuit clarified that the two defendants violated the moral and economic right of the author of the idea of ​​the program “Ramiz Underground” and “Ramez Under Zero”, adding during the lawsuit that the preparation team contacted her and obtained from her the registered idea that It is subject to the law of protection of intellectual property. She has her moral and material right.

The lawsuit pending before the court added that the artist, Ramez Jalal, and the owner of the channel, committed the crimes of circulating a work classified protected in accordance with the provisions of the law, and putting it into circulation without the prior written permission of the author. .
