Books – Ali Al-Bahji:

Amr Bassiouni, contract director of the Pyramids Club, criticized the attack that Ramadan Sobhi is subjected to, after his departure from Al-Ahly to wear the Pyramids shirt, noting that he is a talented player and that it is rare that a talent like him exists in Egypt.

Bassiouni said in remarks to Tala’s fan show on Ontime Sports: “ Ramadan Sobhi’s move to Pyramids was accompanied by a media scandal due to his presence with Al-Ahly prior to that, and so far the player has not raised any problem with no one on the team.

He added that what is being published about Ramadan Sobhi getting into trouble during the last period is just diligence, noting that he knew this would happen with his move to the pyramids.

He continued: “The player needs the support of everyone at Pyramids, as he is a great and important player in the team, and signing with him is a project for the present and the future of the club.”

He explained that he knows his move to Pyramids would have been accompanied by the anger of some, noting that the player is subject to abnormal moral terror and the player does not care.

He continued: “There is an unwarranted attack from all directions in Ramadan Sobhi, and love and loyalty only for the fans, not the players, and whoever thinks this is delusional.”

He concluded his comments: “Ramadan Sobhi’s price was less than two players moving in the Egyptian League, and currently he is a player in a system.”
